About the Role

In this senior role you will lead system design, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, manage CAD/BIM resources, and ensure project budgets and schedules stay on track. You will act as the firm’s representative with clients, contractors, and architects while providing technical leadership and overseeing quality control. • Represent the firm and interact with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants. • Lead system design using CAD/BIM, including layout and calculations. • Manage assigned CAD/BIM and technical staff under senior guidance. • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility with ROM analysis. • Prepare engineering proposals under supervision. • Oversee project financial health and establish budgets and schedules. • Conduct business development and networking activities. • Produce due‑diligence, gap‑analysis, and feasibility reports meeting company standards. • Define design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Provide technical leadership on large‑scale projects and QA/QC reviews. • Perform Engineer of Record duties, including calculations, equipment selection, and construction administration. • Ensure continuous professional development and compliance with codes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and brings at least seven years of consulting experience. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and a solid grasp of codes and SKM software are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution. • Minimum 7 years of consulting engineering experience. • Proficiency with Revit and the latest AutoCAD MEP. • Strong knowledge of applicable codes; SKM software experience preferred. • Ability to perform short‑circuit coordination and arc‑flash studies.
