What You Bring

The position emphasizes relationship management, business development, teamwork across LoopNet and CoStar teams, industry acumen in digital advertising and commercial real estate, and a strong customer focus. Travel for in‑person meetings may be required, including outside the office’s driving radius. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least four years of B2B full‑cycle sales/account management experience in relevant sectors, a proven track record of surpassing quotas, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred attributes include senior‑level client partnership experience, data analysis and strategic recommendation skills, reliable vehicle access, adaptability, and a self‑starting mindset. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit university. • 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales/account management in CRE, digital advertising, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech or data analytics. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and quotas. • Current valid driver’s license and clear driving record. • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. • Experience building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic recommendations. • Adaptable, self‑starter who thrives in a high‑growth environment and works both independently and in teams.
