About the Role
The Road Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment—including aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment—in the safest and most effective manner to minimize downtime. Mechanics work in challenging remote locations and are expected to adapt to fast‑paced, changing priorities while maintaining a strong safety focus. • Work on diverse makes, models, and equipment in remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • Provide own mechanic tools if needed
