About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant you will lead daily leasing operations, personalize tours and recommendations, and follow up on every lead to help prospective residents find their perfect home. Weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays, is required to accommodate high‑traffic periods. • Provide outstanding customer service by fostering community and exceeding resident expectations. • Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, outreach, and social media engagement. • Maintain consistent follow‑through with tailored updates on floorplans, local amenities, and community events.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Possess 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real estate or property management. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Be proficient with property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Understand fair housing laws and regulations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Show excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
