About the Role

• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with make‑ready processes and unit turnover events under supervision. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA, EPA standards, and safety practices. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stock inventory, and track supplies. • Accurately record service requests, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies consistently. • Participate in on‑call emergency rotations and after‑hours coverage. • Perform general upkeep of office, common areas, and model unit. • Use equipment and resources economically while complying with hazard communication programs.

What You Bring
