About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring on‑site presence, customer service, and administrative support. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests promptly. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.
