About the Role
The Sales Executive – District Cooling & Data Centers reports to the Senior Sales Manager, GCC, and is based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving growth of large‑tonnage water‑cooled chillers, vapor absorption chillers and modular packaged plant business across the GCC. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities and enhancing relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and developers to increase market share. The executive will collaborate with an industry‑leading technical and sales team and leverage knowledge of applied equipment and UAE business relations to achieve regional objectives. • Drive sales growth of large‑tonnage water‑cooled chillers, vapor absorption chillers and modular packaged plants in the GCC. • Identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and developers. • Produce detailed techno‑commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and estimation teams. • Engage MEP consultants and end‑users to showcase product features and secure orders. • Manage the sales pipeline using JCI’s sales management platform and provide regular updates. • Build long‑term customer relationships while working independently and meeting targets.

What You Bring
Success in the role requires in‑depth knowledge of chilled water systems and their components. The executive will work with MEP consultants and end‑users to highlight product benefits, and partner with technical and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno‑commercial offers. Ongoing discussions with MEP contractor project teams ensure proposals are tailored to project needs. Continuous follow‑up using JCI’s sales management platform, strong self‑motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for territory growth. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and have 5‑7 years of sales experience focused on water‑cooled chillers or chilled water systems in the UAE market. Required skills include strong HVAC technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, strategic‑thinking, and the ability to work under pressure. Effective presentation, influencing, and verbal and written communication skills in English are also required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5‑7 years of UAE water‑cooled chiller sales experience. • Possess strong HVAC technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong presentation abilities and excellent English communication.
