About the Role

• Operate equipment including blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, boom/aerial lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane • Follow safety regulations and maintain orderly housekeeping • Perform routine maintenance, monitor operation, and detect malfunctions • Follow work plans and pre‑task cards • Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

What You Bring

Applications typically remain open for a minimum of five days, with an average posting duration of 44 days. • Hold required equipment certifications • Minimum one year of related experience • Valid driver’s license with appropriate classification and endorsements • Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, professional customer service, and attention to detail; interpret safety rules, manuals, and load charts • Operate equipment using levers, gears, pedals, and steering; understand equipment functions and basic mathematics • Work independently with active listening and effective communication; receptive to diverse input and feedback • Able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance or equipment)
