About the Role
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of elevator units, serving as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries, and developing repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders. The Account Manager will craft and execute a sales strategy to meet targets profitably, use Otis sales tools to track opportunities and forecast results, conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure on‑time payments, while collaborating with other sales representatives and field colleagues. • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain strong customer relationships. • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries and needs. • Generate repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet targets while ensuring profitability. • Track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales using Otis sales tools. • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment. • Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues.

What You Bring
Successful candidates hold a business or technical degree (or have completed technician training) and bring at least five years of experience, preferably in selling technical products that require customer consultation. They must exhibit strong customer and service orientation, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills, and be target‑focused with the ability to thrive in a demanding, complex corporate environment. • Hold a business or technical degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. • Possess effective written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
