About the Role
The Outside Plant Engineer supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, developing and managing detailed project plans, driving construction through scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, and conducting site walkouts and project meetings to meet customer deadlines with high quality. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. • Drive projects through construction phases, handling scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation. • Conduct job site walkouts and lead project meetings. • Meet customer deadlines while ensuring high quality. • Prioritize safety in daily activities.
