About the Role

The role involves reviewing cost data, key performance indicators, market and economic trends, and designing workflows and process maps to support project pursuits and business development. It requires creating Power BI reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and KPIs, and managing projects with limited supervision. • Analyze business intelligence data to guide decisions • Blend historical and industry data for analyses • Identify and monitor industry, geographic, competitor, and customer trends • Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and other areas to model strategy outcomes • Create Power BI reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics • Combine reports with subject‑matter expertise to deliver actionable insights • Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, KPIs, and design relevant dashboards • Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision • Coach and review the work of junior professionals • Address complex problems in business analysis • Query relational databases effectively • Influence peers through factual explanations of policies and practices • Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, and lift or push/pull objects up to 50 lb • Stand, walk, sit, or perform other movements for the duration of a shift while following safety standards • Participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k)
