About the Role

• Lead design of complex mixed‑use, residential, hospitality, recreational, ecotourism, and educational projects from concept through construction documentation (IFC). • Develop project vision, conceptual sketches, design reports and ensure delivery of the design intent. • Produce drawings, models, renderings and coordinate client requirements, alterations and variations. • Collaborate with external design teams, subconsultants and stakeholders to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. • Ensure project documents comply with client requirements, industry standards, and local/international codes. • Prepare and submit discipline drawings to statutory authorities, adhering to UAE building codes and regulations. • Define BIM data organization and document strategy for each project stage. • Implement Safety in Design principles and maintain ISO 9001 quality assurance throughout projects. • Mentor junior staff, conduct professional development reviews and capture lessons learned.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, professional registration (or the ability to obtain it in the UAE), and at least five years of experience leading medium‑to‑large scale projects. Proficiency with Revit, 3‑D visualization tools, BIM processes, and knowledge of UAE codes and regulations are essential. • Hold UAE architectural registration or ability to obtain it. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional registration preferred. • Minimum five years experience in medium‑to‑large scale architectural design and team leadership. • Demonstrated capability delivering projects from concept through IFC across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. • Proficient in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar 3D software), Twinmotion or Lumion, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel and other MS Office applications. • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations and submission requirements. • Experience with Middle East design and construction practices, fast‑track and design‑to‑budget projects. • Strong project management, organization and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
