About the Role
Summary: The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. This role is responsible for the project's financial results and for maintaining safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Responsible for Pre-Construction Duties • Coordinates Job Transition and Start-up Process • Manages Cost and Schedule • Manages Cash Flow • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports • Maintains Client Relationship • Generates and Submits Technical Records • Supports Construction of Project • Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes • Ensures a Safe Work Environment • Participates in Training/Certifications

What You Bring
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience, or eight years of construction‑related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. These qualifications are necessary to perform the duties of the Project Manager I role.
