Project Manager - Civil/MEP/Fit out

About the Role

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures and track milestones. • Conduct feasibility studies, site readiness assessments and method statements; sequence civil and interior activities. • Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes and ensure Good for Construction drawing alignment. • Oversee structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, cladding and painting in line with IS codes and NBC India. • Supervise interior fit‑out works including joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall treatments and soft finishes. • Manage sample approvals, mock‑ups, material submittals, finish schedules, snag lists and close‑out processes. • Lead subcontractor and supplier performance, allocate site workforce and resolve conflicts. • Facilitate weekly progress reviews with clients, architects and consultants. • Enforce EHS and site safety standards, including PPE, method statements and risk assessments. • Maintain daily logs, measurement books, RFI/RFP trackers, as‑built drawings and handover documentation. • Implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, drive commissioning and oversee defect liability follow‑up.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced Civil & Interior Project professional to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of high‑end finish projects, overseeing civil works, interior fit‑out, MEP coordination, cost and schedule control, vendor management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. • Require at least 10 + years of experience in civil and interior projects and a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent diploma.
