About the Role
The role is the bridge between data engineering and business outcomes in the Global Corporate Sustainability (GCS) organization, responsible for end‑to‑end data solutions across building performance, energy management, leasing assessment, and sustainability guidelines. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing scalable data models with AWS tools, building interactive QuickSight dashboards, automating pipelines with S3, Glue, and Lambda, and acting as the primary data liaison for GCS programs and regions. • Own end‑to‑end data solutions for GCS program areas, developing deep sustainability subject‑matter expertise. • Design and implement scalable data models using AWS technologies and internal tools. • Build interactive QuickSight dashboards and automated data pipelines with S3, Glue, and Lambda. • Serve as the primary data contact for assigned programs, collaborating with SMEs to prioritize objectives. • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and educate stakeholders on data capabilities. • Continuously evaluate, optimize, and scale existing data solutions across programs. • Apply advanced SQL skills to create efficient, maintainable data models. • Utilize Python for data transformation and analysis within AWS workflows. • Ensure data quality through robust checks, monitoring, and governance standards. • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and present data insights compellingly.

What You Bring
Candidates must have advanced SQL, experience with AWS data services, proficiency in QuickSight and Python, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of sustainability metrics such as carbon accounting and water stewardship. Preferred experience includes familiarity with JLL internal tools (Andes, Cradle, EDX/Galaxy MDM), a background in corporate sustainability or environmental analytics, and expertise in data governance and building‑performance analytics.
