About the Role
In this role you will support digital programs for customer support experiences, ensuring successful project execution. You will partner closely with the VP of Customer Support, field teams, technology partners, and enablement leads, and may also facilitate operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and internal communications. Responsibilities include managing large‑ and small‑scale digital learning programs, developing and maintaining project plans, updating them with new information, risks and decisions, and maintaining procedures for efficient operations, governance, and performance tracking. You will communicate regularly with project leads and stakeholders, proactively resolve critical issues, coordinate cross‑functional meetings, and prepare executive‑level presentations to support program objectives. • Manage large‑ and small‑scale digital learning programs from start to finish. • Develop and maintain project and program plans, updating them with new information, risks, and decisions. • Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient project operations, including governance processes and performance tracking. • Communicate regularly with project leads and stakeholders and proactively resolve critical issues. • Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional meetings to manage programs. • Prepare executive and other presentations supporting program objectives.
