About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Meeting and Events Coordinator at JLL, you will assist with planning and executing internal meetings and events for office residents, ranging from multi‑day training sessions to office‑wide lunches. The role emphasizes proactive communication, high‑touch hospitality, and delivering superior client experiences that reflect JLL’s brand and culture. • Coordinate and execute internal meetings and events, including setup, catering, AV, and logistics. • Collaborate with executive assistants and hosts to ensure seamless event execution. • Optimize space utilization and manage calendars for conference rooms and event areas. • Process catering orders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost‑effective services. • Build and maintain client relationships, delivering high‑touch hospitality and brand alignment. • Prioritize and respond to email requests, providing professional solutions and communication. • Maintain detailed records of events, vendor performance, and client feedback.

What You Bring

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and 2‑3 years of foodservice or hospitality experience. • Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder interaction skills. • Proven vendor management and event logistics coordination abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management systems, and workplace technology. • Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to lift equipment, assist with setup/cleanup, and work extended hours as needed. • Preferred experience in corporate workplace services, AV equipment knowledge, or event planning certification.
