Job Highlights
About the Role
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives, mentoring others to maintain an injury‑free environment. • Assist with project QA/QC planning to ensure task quality. • Engage in estimating and change management, including quantity take‑offs and subcontractor proposal reviews. • Support on‑site tasks such as monitoring crew size, self‑perform hours, materials, and equipment. • Conduct punch lists, city inspections, safety and quality reviews, and prepare related documentation. • Post up‑to‑date drawings and specifications. • Organize project meetings and distribute necessary documentation. • Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports, including manpower, production schedules, and equipment tracking. • Perform periodic site observations with project leadership. • Create procurement logs, track shop drawings, and follow up on deliveries per project schedule. • Provide progress updates to support scheduling efforts. • Assist in project close‑out activities, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and as‑built drawings. • Apply company best practices and construction fundamentals. • Develop communication and interpersonal skills with tradespeople and project team members. • Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork in the project environment. • Incorporate Lean practices into daily activities. • Identify, develop, and integrate self‑perform opportunities into projects.

What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience is accepted. The role is entry‑level, requiring strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of construction fundamentals, Lean processes, and self‑perform practices. The position may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, travel or relocation, and non‑traditional hours to meet project needs. Physical activities include standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching overhead, and occasional computer work, with exposure to extreme temperatures possible.
