About the Role

The Front Desk Clerk serves as the first point of contact for owners and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay. This role supports reservation management, financial transactions, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance while maintaining the front‑desk environment. • Provide friendly, memorable check‑in and check‑out experiences for owners and guests. • Accurately input and maintain reservation data in the computerized system. • Assist guests with reservation changes and resolve unit availability issues. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales. • Manage and safeguard safety deposit boxes. • Process housekeeping and maintenance work orders, coordinating with appropriate departments. • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets for guests. • Offer information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Prepare correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to schedule changes. Prior experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, is essential. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong English verbal and written communication skills. • Flexible availability to cover shift changes on short notice. • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and adapt to organizational demands. • Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, and data entry. • Hospitality or front‑desk experience preferred. • Bilingual ability considered a plus.
