About the Role
The role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS applications, participating in project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions. • Participate in the full IT project life cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, integration, implementation, and deployment. • Design, develop, and maintain interfaces and extensions for Oracle EBS integration with internal and external systems. • Write and optimize PL/SQL objects (procedures, functions, triggers, views, materialized views) for performance tuning. • Utilize Oracle development tools such as Forms, Reports, Workflows, OAF, JDeveloper, TOAD, SQL Developer, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and SQL*Loader. • Create and customize OAF pages and personalize Oracle Forms to meet business requirements. • Configure Oracle Workflows, processes, functions, and roles using Workflow Builder. • Analyze customer requirements, respond to application outages, and perform defect correction with limited guidance.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Senior Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Application Developer to work on‑site at the corporate office in Nashville. The role involves supporting and developing Oracle EBS applications, providing hands‑on functional and technical experience with the Oracle EBS financial system. Required qualifications include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, several years of software development, and proficiency with Oracle EBS development tools and PL/SQL. Additional experience with Oracle cloud applications is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of software development experience; 1–3 years with EBS development tools. • Proficiency with Oracle EBS R12.2+, OAF, Workflows, Forms, Reports, WebADI, SQL, and PL/SQL. • Preferred: experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud.
