About the Role
• Produce subdivision, ALTA, topographic, and other survey maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. • Develop familiarity with Kimley‑Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

The role involves using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software to produce detailed maps and exhibits. The position supports the company's commitment to quality and client success. • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred). • 10+ years of relevant CAD/operator experience. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products. • Detail‑oriented, professional attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills. • Self‑starter with strong work ethic and desire to learn. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
