About the Role
• Design, develop, and implement Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps. • Build and manage Dataverse databases and integrate them within the Power Platform. • Create data models and visualizations in Power BI for actionable insights. • Gather requirements and deliver low-code/no-code solutions in partnership with stakeholders. • Collaborate with UX designers, data analysts, data scientists, and the Power Platform Lead. • Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate, including RPA. • Build conversational experiences with Power Virtual Agents and external solutions with Power Pages/Portals. • Test solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria. • Troubleshoot, resolve, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and communicate delivery progress clearly. • Contribute to project estimates and pipeline planning to support team growth.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant Microsoft certification. • 2–4 years of industry experience. • Practical experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. • Basic proficiency in DAX. • Ability to connect Power BI to data sources like Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint. • Skill in creating and customizing visuals, charts, and slicers. • Knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and calculated columns/measures. • Experience building dashboards and interactive reports. • Familiarity with filters, slicers, and drill‑through features. • Experience with data transformation using Power Query. • Exposure to scheduled refreshes and Power BI Gateway (preferred). • Basic awareness of security and sharing features; Row‑Level Security knowledge is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
