About the Role
As our Sr. Architect, you will lead and support forensic investigations of water intrusions, roof damage, construction defects, and building system issues. You will conduct field investigations and analyze failures in residential and commercial structures. You will determine the cause, origin, and extent of water intrusions, roof damage, construction defects, and system failures. • Support conclusions with expert testimony in legal proceedings

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field • Be a Florida‑registered architect (NCARB) • Possess 10+ years of architectural design experience • Have project management experience in forensic engineering • Be LEED AP certified • Understand structural systems such as concrete, masonry, wood, and steel (preferred) • Be familiar with building codes and construction documentation
