About the Role
• Accept and verify ACC requests, ensure compliance, and assist with review and approval. • Assist Property Manager in obtaining supplier and contractor quotations. • Receive phone calls and address issues as directed by the Manager. • Maintain property files and records accurately. • Provide administrative support and coordination to the Property Manager. • Handle resident inquiries and keep resident information current. • Oversee and coordinate social activities in line with the community calendar.

What You Bring
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that includes administrative support, assistant property management, event coordination, and assisting with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This position requires an organized, proactive person who can balance multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, staff, board members, and vendors. Preferred experience is 1–3 years in community management. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the West Palm Beach area.

Benefits
The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a pay rate up to $25 DOE.
