About the Role
The HazMat Industrial Services Operator Driver/Technician is responsible for the safe transportation of various waste streams to generator sites, performing cleanup of industrial waste and responding to hazardous and non‑hazardous spill emergencies in compliance with all applicable regulations. Key duties include operating light and heavy equipment such as tankers, roll‑off trucks, vacuums, box trucks, tractor‑trailers, skid‑steers, forklifts, pumps, and pallet‑jacks; responding to customer spills during and after business hours; conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip DOT inspections; maintaining vehicle logs and equipment; performing general housekeeping, LTL and full‑truck pickups, and documenting manifests and work orders.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications emphasize proficiency with both heavy and light equipment, skilled use of hand and shop tools, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and a HazMat endorsement is advantageous. Minimum qualifications require a valid Class A commercial driver’s license and the ability to complete a 40‑hour HAZWOPER training program upon hire.
