About the Role
The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and strategic support for a dedicated account and the local market brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield. The role involves preparing financial models, conducting market research, and collaborating with brokers and marketing specialists to produce client materials. Compensation includes a base salary with potential quarterly bonuses. The analyst will collect required data, perform financial and market analytics using industry tools and advanced Excel, and meet with brokers and clients to discuss assumptions, scenarios, and requirements. They will prepare and review analyses for inclusion in client deliverables and support marketing specialists in interpreting data for presentations and proposals. Additional duties include finalizing and packaging analysis for delivery, providing completed work to service delivery coordinators and brokers, collaborating with graphic designers on visuals, and participating in strategy meetings, prospective pitches, and client meetings. The analyst also drafts analysis summaries and works with brokers to ensure accuracy before submission. • Prepare detailed financial models and market analyses. • Collect data inputs and coordinate with stakeholders. • Conduct financial and market analytics using Excel, Argus, and Real Capital Analytics. • Meet with brokers and clients to discuss assumptions and scenarios. • Support marketing specialists with financial data for presentations and proposals. • Package and deliver analysis to brokers, clients, and service delivery teams. • Collaborate with graphic designers on visual materials. • Participate in strategy meetings, prospective pitches, and client meetings.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (preferably finance or accounting) and 2‑5 years of finance experience, including commercial real estate exposure and financial modeling. Candidates must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Argus, and Real Capital Analytics, along with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is essential. The position is office‑based, requiring extended periods of sitting, computer work, and regular use of voice, hearing, and fine motor skills. Employees must be able to read, understand, and convey information both verbally and in writing. • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; 2‑5 years finance experience. • Experience in commercial real estate and financial modeling. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Argus, and Real Capital Analytics. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $53,210 to $62,600, dependent on location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and the company guarantees at least minimum wage.
