Equipment Specialist - Wind (Traveler)

About the Role
• Follow procedures for receiving and processing equipment orders and returns • Source equipment from internal inventory and third‑party rental/service suppliers • Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals • Reconcile and process billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders daily • Support electronic inventory management • Support physical inventory management on project sites or in equipment facilities • Update task codes and off‑rent dates with input from project teams • Produce scheduled and on‑demand inventory management reports and ensure quality control • Interpret on‑rent and forecast reports • Schedule and lead pre‑mob meetings with site leadership to plan startup needs • Lead monthly equipment review meetings with project and accounting teams • Support LEAN / 5S initiatives • Collaborate with EF craft teams to execute equipment plans efficiently • Facilitate forecast review meetings with project teams and trade partners • Reconcile fleet invoicing with accounting, vendors, and project teams • Provide equipment solutions and issue resolution, recommending equipment type and maintenance • Order vehicles for team members and projects • Manage DOT registration and respond to DOT and driver inquiries • Participate in equipment facility safety program and uphold Zero Injury policy • Dispatch and schedule equipment deliveries, including logistics planning • Build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of rental equipment, construction, or related experience (or 4+ years without degree) • Experience with billing software preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Superior attention to detail and accuracy • Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple customer needs • Working knowledge of purchasing/rental processes and procedures • Strong organization and planning skills • Ability to influence and communicate effectively • Active listening and openness to diverse input and feedback

Benefits
The position is based on rotational travel and offers a base salary ranging from $69,500 to $93,900, with higher rates in select locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
