About the Role
The Facility Manager will plan, manage, and deliver high‑quality soft and technical facility services across assigned sites, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer‑focused workplace while maintaining service standards, compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction. • Oversee soft services (housekeeping, pantry, reception, waste management, pest control, landscaping) and ensure SLA compliance. • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Manage vendors and outsourced staff, ensuring optimal staffing, training, performance reviews, and issue resolution. • Act as primary client contact for soft‑service matters, handling requests, complaints, escalations, and providing MIS reports. • Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards (5S, ISO, HACCP) and maintain regulatory compliance documentation. • Manage soft‑service budgets, monitor expenses, track consumables, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities. • Lead FM helpdesk operations, monitoring response times, closure rates, and customer satisfaction, and drive corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and process innovations for workplace efficiency.

Whether you have deep commercial real‑estate experience, skilled‑trade expertise, or a technology background, you are invited to join a team that values growth, belonging, and impact. • Minimum 5–7 years of facility management experience with a focus on soft services and vendor management. • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong knowledge of FM systems/CAFM, and understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and health‑safety regulations. • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management applications. • Demonstrated leadership, vendor negotiation, customer service, analytical thinking, and budgeting skills. • Preferred certifications: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), ISO 14001/45001, and First Aid/Safety training.
