About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will lead professional hiring efforts across South Florida and the firm, engage and build pipelines for active and passive talent, and proactively source candidates. They will guide candidates and internal teams through the recruiting process, develop employer branding tools, and manage the recruiting program including ATS, referrals, projects, and improvements. Regular updates will be provided to regional partners, stakeholders, and recruiting influencers. • Lead professional hiring across South Florida and the firm. • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates. • Proactively source talent and guide candidates through the recruiting process. • Develop employer branding tools to market Kimley-Horn as an employer of choice. • Manage the recruiting program, including ATS, employee referrals, projects, and continuous improvements. • Provide regular recruiting updates to regional partners and stakeholders. • Maintain a professional presence and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with the option to work from the Miami office. The position is on-site, not remote or hybrid. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least seven years of recruiting experience within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), agency, or professional services environments. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, exceptional organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional presence are required. Travel as needed is expected. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of AEC or professional services recruiting experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
