About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Systems Engineer to support customer accounts within our Secure Power Division across the United States. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our customer‑facing sales managers to develop customized solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging product presentations and leading insightful solution‑discovery conversations, as well as developing innovative technical solutions for customer projects. You will review specifications, create compelling project proposals during the pre‑sales cycle, and prepare comprehensive submittal documentation after project awards. Coordination with Schneider Electric Services to provide design‑installation information and support will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, while you build a robust knowledge base in power, cooling, data‑center physical infrastructure, and DCIM for mission‑critical facilities. • Deliver product presentations and lead solution‑discovery conversations. • Design innovative technical solutions and create project proposals during pre‑sales. • Prepare submittal documentation and coordinate design‑installation support with Schneider Electric Services. • Build expertise in power, cooling, data‑center infrastructure, and DCIM for mission‑critical facilities. • Provide technical resources to customers, contractors, and consultants within a designated territory.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess general knowledge of data‑center infrastructure, including power distribution, precision cooling, IT rack layouts, and management software. A preferred engineering background and at least two years of experience in technical sales or a related field are required, along with solid experience designing solutions using Secure Power products. • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years technical sales experience, knowledge of data‑center infrastructure and Secure Power products; engineering background preferred.
