About the Role
The role supports architectural and engineering activities, including calculations, preparation of specifications and data tables, and the review and approval of drawings. Working under the Supervising Architect, the incumbent may also coordinate technical tasks across disciplines, assist in training drafting personnel, and contribute to the development of new architectural methods. • Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations. • Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables. • Liaise with design and drafting teams. • Prepare, review, and approve drawings as needed. • Independently execute advanced technical assignments within schedule and budget under the Supervising Architect. • Coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines and departments. • Assist in training and evaluating architectural and drafting personnel. • Review and approve conceptual designs. • Contribute to development of new architectural methods and techniques.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a professional architecture degree and possess at least eight years of progressive experience in design, drafting, and construction documentation. Strong coordination abilities, advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and other design tools, and deep knowledge of international building codes are essential. Additional expertise in construction detailing, concept development, and data‑center design is highly valued, as is experience with residential, commercial, or high‑rise projects. The position offers comprehensive benefits—including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, flexible work options, and professional development resources. • Architecture degree with 8+ years of design, drafting, and construction documentation experience. • Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams on large‑scale projects. • Expert proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM tools, and Adobe Suite. • In‑depth knowledge of building codes (IBC, NFPA, ADA) and permitting processes. • Strong technical, construction‑detailing, and quality‑review skills. • Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1); additional languages are a plus.
