About the Role

The Director of Sales, Operations will lead strategic leasing and sales initiatives for Core’s student‑housing portfolio, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and market expansion while aligning leasing operations with broader business objectives. • Develop and execute strategic leasing and sales plans to boost occupancy and revenue • Leverage data, market research, and trends to refine leasing strategies • Set ambitious leasing targets with leadership and track key performance indicators • Partner with operations, marketing, and asset management to create seamless leasing experiences • Conduct market, competitive, and variance analysis to recommend corrective actions • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team fostering accountability • Implement virtual team‑building initiatives to engage remote staff
