About the Role
Reporting to the local HSE Manager, the HSE Advisor will support the implementation of HSE management arrangements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the zero‑harm ambition. The role involves defining and delivering improvement plans, proactively addressing emerging issues and collaborating with business‑wide HS&E colleagues to align with functional strategies. • Build and sustain a strong HSE culture through stakeholder engagement. • Conduct regular site inspections and document compliance. • Advise teams on HSE matters and best practices. • Drive continuous improvement of HSE management systems. • Analyse trends and ensure completion of improvement actions.
