About the Role
In this senior role, the Engineer of Record will lead coordination meetings, supervise staff, and oversee budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Responsibilities also include establishing design standards, managing construction administration duties, preparing project invoices, and participating in firmwide expert teams and business‑unit training initiatives. • Act as Engineer of Record and lead coordination meetings for projects. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff, providing performance feedback. • Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. • Establish and enforce design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Oversee construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Coordinate with accounting to prepare monthly invoices and monitor receivables. • Participate in firmwide Expert Teams committee and assist in technical training. • Prepare analysis and reports on system options and building conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license, have healthcare design experience, and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. The position requires at least 12 years of consulting MEP experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity, and strong hands‑on CAD/Revit skills. • Require current PE licensure and healthcare design experience. • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP experience, with at least 3 years supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and strong CAD/Revit proficiency.
