About the Role
You will ensure all repair activities are carried out safely and with a customer‑focused approach. Based primarily on site, you will supervise and monitor trade operatives to meet defined objectives and standards, providing guidance on best practice and health‑and‑safety requirements. The role also includes embedding Clarion’s policies throughout the service delivery. You will coordinate, allocate and schedule repair and maintenance jobs across specific trades, meeting defined time frames and quality standards. Demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management is essential.
