Inside Sales Consultant

About the Role

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan in collaboration with the VP of Client Relationship Management. • Conduct consultative sales calls with financial advisors and licensed professionals across Western Canada. • Coordinate meetings, presentations, conference calls and seminars to advance the sales process. • Respond to ad‑hoc information requests and perform investment analysis as needed. • Record daily call activities and maintain accurate advisor data in Salesforce.

What You Bring

• Communicate technical knowledge of Brookfield’s investment strategies and stay abreast of market trends. • Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in financial services with deep knowledge of Canadian wealth and asset management. • College degree required; MBA, CFA, CFP or CIM preferred. • Strong presentation, communication and listening skills with a client‑first, solution‑focused approach. • High work ethic, integrity, and motivation to achieve results and grow with the firm. • Growth mindset, business‑owner mentality and ability to identify new opportunities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Seismic, eVestment or Morningstar Direct is a plus. • Ability to travel within Canada and to the United States.

Benefits

Compensation consists of a base salary plus a short‑term cash bonus, with amounts adjusted for geography and based on experience, education and designations.
