About the Role
• Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. • Schedule and coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings, luncheons, and special office events. • Order and maintain office/field supplies, control inventory, process invoices and receipts, and submit maintenance service requests. • Maintain fleet vehicle records, including maintenance, registration, and telematics reporting. • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Provide administrative support to leadership, project managers, HR, safety coordinators, and senior administrators. • Onboard new staff and assist administrative personnel as needed.

What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with strong multitasking abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including proofreading and telephone etiquette. • Flexible and able to prioritize multiple tasks for various managers in a fast‑paced environment.
