The technician will ensure all HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, boiler, and related mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently and reliably. • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, chilled water, boiler, and related building systems. • Diagnose system issues to reduce downtime and maintain client satisfaction.
