About the Role
The Occupancy Planner role focuses on a site or campus level, understanding current space, workplace conditions and headcount projections to ensure sites are optimized and meet client workplace standards. This includes translating property strategies into practical space‑planning solutions that support business needs. The role collaborates daily with other Occupancy Planners, site business line leaders, MAC teams, facilities management, and the space‑management team to resolve planning issues, develop migration plans and integrate tactical plans into strategic forecasts. • Support development and delivery of space‑planning solutions aligned with property strategies. • Perform site‑level blocking, stacking and adjacency planning. • Develop migration plans and sequencing for group‑level and individual moves. • Manage and maintain CAFM/IWMS data to ensure accurate reporting. • Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings. • Compile a 24‑month tactical view of each campus and integrate it into strategic space forecasts. • Prepare communications, floor/stack plans, data summaries and spend approval documents for accommodation solutions. • Enforce space policies/standards, perform data‑accuracy audits and notify clients of exceptions. • Collaborate on site‑specific planning strategies with senior site leadership and area occupancy planners. • Support implementation of service requests, prioritize them in the Service Request Module and provide regular summaries. • Track and report actual vs. projected seat demand, forecast inventory changes and report site metrics. • Apply tactical planning, problem‑solving and initiative management.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate relationship‑building and customer‑service skills. • Experience with activity‑based working programs (preferred). • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. • Space‑planning experience, including stacking, blocking and adjacency planning (preferred). • Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS platforms. • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools. • AutoCAD skills (preferred).
