About the Role

You will liaise with Abu Dhabi statutory authorities to secure approvals, monitor submission status, and report on meetings, calls, and other engagements. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with authority processes, procedures, and policies during design submission and review, and providing written reports and status tracker sheets. A broad technical understanding of infrastructure sub‑disciplines such as roads, wet and dry utilities is required. • Liaise with Abu Dhabi statutory authorities to secure approvals for infrastructure and building projects. • Coordinate stakeholder and authority requirements within the design team and convey design objectives to authorities. • Monitor and report submission status, meetings, and authority engagements using written reports and status trackers. • Ensure compliance with authority processes, procedures, and policies during design submission and review.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least four years of experience managing approval processes for infrastructure and building projects in Abu Dhabi. Fluency in both English and Arabic, strong leadership, innovation, and process‑optimization skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto‑CAD, are essential. A UAE driver’s license is preferred. Desired attributes include highly developed interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, teamwork‑focused attitude. Effective oral and written communication, including presentation ability, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision are also valued.
