About the Role

As a Healthcare Planner I, you will join an integrated architectural team supporting the planning and design of healthcare facilities. The role is ideal for an early‑career professional eager to develop expertise in healthcare environments while contributing to projects that support patient care and clinical operations. • Provide planning, design, and coordination support on healthcare projects. • Prepare architectural drawings, diagrams, and space plans using CAD and BIM tools. • Translate clinical and operational requirements into architectural layouts and test fits. • Support space programming and functional planning under senior planner direction. • Participate in user group meetings and planning workshops. • Coordinate planning information with architectural, engineering, and project management disciplines. • Research Canadian healthcare facility guidelines, standards, and best practices. • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and planning documentation.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Architecture. • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare A/E industry. • Familiarity with healthcare facility planning concepts and terminology. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. • Working knowledge of BIM software such as Revit. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. • Minimum 1 year experience in A/E industry. • Strong organizational skills. • Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles for precision technical plans. • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible. • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
