About the Role
The Electrical Supervisor will supervise all site activities allocated to construction team members, ensuring safe working practices in line with client safety systems and processes. They will also plan and manage the environmental aspects of construction activities according to the client’s environmental management systems. Additionally, the supervisor must ensure team members complete their allocated scope in accordance with project specifications. Planning of all construction activities will be carried out in consultation with the Project Engineer, setting priorities and allocating resources to meet objectives and deadlines. The supervisor is responsible for guaranteeing that the final product complies with all standards and specifications, including final QA and approval of completed works. They will work with the asset and assurance team to ensure quality and workmanship standards are fully understood and executed, communicate any changed process documentation to stakeholders, and implement the quality improvement strategy in line with agreed goals. • Ensure final product complies with all standards and specifications, including QA and approval of completed works. • Work with the asset and assurance team to fully understand and execute quality (workmanship and standards compliance) requirements. • Communicate changed process documentation to stakeholders and ensure its introduction across all locations. • Implement and deliver the quality improvement strategy in line with agreed goals and objectives. • Supervise site activities of the construction team, maintaining safe working practices per client safety systems. • Plan and manage environmental aspects of construction activities according to client environmental management systems. • Coordinate construction planning with the Project Engineer, setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines. • Lead the team to complete allocated scope in accordance with project specifications. • Create an Individual Development Plan with significant professional development opportunities. • Participate in a wellness program with AIA Vitality and enjoy discounts on shopping, food, wine, insurance, health, leisure and entertainment.

What You Bring
Applicants should have at least five years of experience as an electrical supervisor in a construction environment, relevant electrical qualifications, and a valid Australian driver’s licence. The role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple complex tasks, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting, and possess strong oral and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
