About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of the community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, as well as the make‑ready process for vacant units under the Community Manager’s supervision. The role includes maintaining offices and amenities, handling resident and management work orders, and adhering to company policies and safety regulations. • Perform daily cleaning of community public areas, grounds, and make‑ready units. • Clean and maintain offices, amenities, and residential common spaces. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for buildings and units. • Follow Asset Living policies, report rule violations, and use resources economically. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.

What You Bring
• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred; basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, navigate ladders, stairs, confined spaces, and work overtime, weekends, or emergencies.
