About the Role
Regional Sales Director (Fire & Security) – EMEA Data Centre Solutions leads the Data Centre Solutions sales strategy across EMEA, driving growth within key Data Center customer accounts (Hyperscalers and Colocation providers). Operating within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists delivering tailored Fire & Security solutions that meet complex data centre requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and executing customer‑based sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, forecasting and managing sales performance, and ensuring alignment with Global Accounts and Silent Aire leadership. The Director oversees team capability development, technical solution leadership, and consistent delivery of high‑quality customer engagement across regions, while being accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting. • Develop and execute customer‑based sales strategies for EMEA data centre accounts. • Identify new market opportunities and drive growth with hyperscalers and colocation providers. • Forecast, manage sales performance, and ensure profitability and demand planning. • Lead and develop a team of technical sales specialists, providing solution leadership. • Align with Global Accounts, Silent Aire, and cross‑functional teams for solution delivery. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, support negotiations, and expand accounts long‑term.

What You Bring
Collaboration with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams is essential to ensure successful solution delivery and competitive positioning. Preferred locations are the UK, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, or Spain. Required experience includes demonstrated leadership and change management expertise, extensive Fire & Security industry knowledge with strong technical and commercial understanding, and deep familiarity with the Data Center ecosystem, particularly working with Hyperscalers and Colocation providers. • Demonstrate leadership, change management, and deep fire & security industry expertise. • Possess strong technical and commercial knowledge of the data centre ecosystem. • Work from preferred locations: UK, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, or Spain.
