About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations, requiring daily on‑site presence to show units, qualify prospects, process paperwork, and address resident concerns. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, handling tours, qualifications, and lease signing. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, and manage unit turn processes. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate leasing data. • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing targets. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and ensure satisfaction through retention programs. • Assist with resident events, promotions, newsletters, and overall property marketing plans. • Perform administrative tasks and maintain cleanliness of office, common areas, and model units. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market surveys.
