About the Role
The Technical Facility Executive oversees efficient operation, maintenance, and management of building facilities and technical systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal performance. The role includes monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical equipment, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and adhering to health and safety regulations. In this position you will manage operations and maintenance of all building systems, plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability, and coordinate vendors, contractors, internal teams while supervising staff and daily activities. You will also ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations through inspections, audits, and reporting, and oversee energy, sustainability, records, and inventory management. • Manage operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and generators. • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams while supervising facility staff. • Conduct inspections, audits, and reporting to ensure safety, statutory, and environmental compliance. • Oversee energy management, sustainability initiatives, records, and inventory of spare parts. • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, maintenance logs, and dashboards; create reports and presentations in PowerPoint and Word. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and teams via email and collaboration tools. • Apply proactive, solution‑oriented problem‑solving and strong organizational skills.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong computer and digital skills, including advanced MS Excel for data analysis and dashboards, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation. Effective communication, proactive problem‑solving, organizational abilities, and solid knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and generators are essential, along with experience in maintenance planning.
