What You Bring
We are recruiting Cost Managers with measurement experience to support Commission Managers on complex, high‑value projects, both in pre‑contract estimating and post‑contract on‑site stages. The role involves delivering measurement tasks, providing excellent client service, and ensuring cost‑management objectives are met from inception to construction completion. Candidates should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, possess strong measurement skills for building and civil works, and have a minimum of five years’ relevant experience. Professional membership such as MRICS and knowledge of CostX (with BIM expertise as an advantage) are desirable. • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Demonstrate strong measurement capability for building and civil works. • Bring at least five years of relevant cost‑management experience. • Possess professional membership (e.g., MRICS) and knowledge of CostX; BIM experience is a plus.
