About the Role
Job Summary: Responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. The role ensures products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely, efficiently, and dependably. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard • Securely package items for shipment or customer pickup using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed

What You Bring
Work Environment: Typically a comfortable setting but with exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements such as bending or squatting. Overnight travel is minimal, less than 10 % of the time. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, with 0‑2 years of relevant experience. • Understand basic shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Possess physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
