About the Role
You will be responsible for the general management of the building, including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property structure. Oversight of contractors on annual contracts for communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning is also required. • Provide customer‑focused support to residents, especially those aged 60+. • Organise repairs and maintenance of the building and communal areas. • Oversee contractors for communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. • Act as first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors and clients. • Utilise IT tools such as Outlook and Word for daily tasks. • Travel across the region as required.

What You Bring
We are seeking a customer‑focused, confident and logical Visiting Scheme Manager with excellent communication skills. The role involves independently prioritising and managing a varied workload while supporting residents in maintaining their well‑being and independence. Although the role involves lone working, you will receive support from a Regional Manager, the Head Office team, and a Training and Support Assistant. You must be organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and have a solid understanding of building maintenance. As the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations, you will need to advise and empathise with residents, typically aged 60 plus. Building and nurturing good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients is essential. A good standard of IT knowledge is important; you will regularly use applications such as Outlook and Word. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as needed and will be subject to a basic criminal record check. The closing date for applications is 13 February 2026. The position offers a salary of £13,103.34 per annum and is based at White Horse Court, Storrington. It is a permanent role for 20 hours per week, operating under Grange Property Management, a part of Clarion Housing Group. White Horse Court consists of 28 one‑ and two‑bedroom flats, a scheme manager’s office, and communal areas including a residents’ lounge with kitchenette, laundry facilities and gardens. These facilities are maintained to support resident independence and community living.
