About the Role
The associate will manage a portfolio of elevator units, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and acting as the primary contact for timely resolution of inquiries. They will develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders, and create their own sales strategy to meet profitability targets. Using Otis’s sales tools, they will track opportunities, pipeline and forecast results, conduct negotiations, close deals and ensure payments are received on time, while collaborating with fellow sales representatives and field colleagues. • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain strong customer relationships. • Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries. • Generate repair, modernization and new business sales through networking, bids and tenders. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitability targets. • Track opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using Otis sales tools. • Conduct negotiations, close deals and ensure timely payments. • Collaborate with other sales representatives and field colleagues.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a business or technical degree, or have completed training as a technician or business administrator, and possess initial experience selling technical products that require consultation. Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, high commitment, reliability and a results‑driven mindset are essential.
